Eric ching is amazing, precise, professional and knows how to get the desired outcome. He was able to terminate the year long lease and upon termination of said lease landlord attempted to "mitigate their losses" by charging me 15+days of rent and with holding my deposit, but eric was Not budging. H...e demanded my full refund and if my desired outcome wasnt met in a timely manner we would continue with the next legal steps. Within a few business days Eric called me asking me when would I like to pick up my refund check in the full amount!! I have eric as a saved contact jus incase i or someone i know needs his expert assistance. His hourly rate is great, much less than the 15 others I called which also couldnt confirm that they could even help me until payment was recieved. Eric ching all the way.
