I have been in contact with Harvey for a couple of months regarding Talent-Based visas such as EB-1, EB-2 and NIW. What I have noticed about "free consultations" by other attorneys is that they would list...en to your case but when you expect them to give you a reply (a technical opinion) they would say they can't do that unless you are their client, while basically the whole point of the interview is to get a professional's opinion and perspective. But with Harvey, it was real consultation. He gave me his opinion, the legal basis behind his opinion, with meticulous explanation and timeline for the whole process. He also followed up the meeting with a detailed email explaining each and every point we have discussed in the meeting and what he thinks about the strengths and weaknesses of each point. Another thing I have noticed about Harvey is that he pays attention to each client, remembers the slightest details about his/her application, replies really quickly to any questions and follows up with you. This made me confident in his abilities to present my case. Harvey was also very flexible with his payment strategy and his fees were very fair for the services he was going to provide. Unfortunately, Harvey hasn't handled my case because my work figured out a way to handle it. Highly recommended!

In addition I had a free consultation with Harvey during which he gave me helpful explanations and tips to how to meet the criteria for a successful pet...ition. Overall my interaction with Harvey was really helpful.
