Shortly after the beginning of COVID, my landlord's son took over management of the apartment building I lived in. It was a great spot in Mission Beach with long-term tenants ranging from 3-10 years tenancy. The landlord's son sent us illegal termination notices during the moratorium, threatened to dock our wages and have us arrested for trespassing if we didn't leave, turned our water off multiple times without notice, and more.
