Daniel helped me with a landlord dispute. I am new to San Diego and rented an apartment site unseen. The photos looked great but the place was in disarray and I could barely breathe from the dirty carpet. All my belongings had arrived from the east coast and I didn't know what to do. The landlord di...dn't want to terminate the lease. I hired Daniel for a consultation and he provided me with excellent advise! I used his advise and talking points to get the landlord to hire professional carpet cleaners to clean the apartment and fix broken items (like clogged sink and door locks that didn't work).
