For starters, if you're experiencing the stress of tenant, landlord dispute, I'm sorry. Get good legal help. Do it. In San Diego, there are some good lawyers to be sure, but read all the reviews and you'll agree with me that there are none better than Dan. I won't go into details but I was in a he...ll of fight.
