I am an attorney in both California and Washington State. I am currently teaching first year law students at Thomas Jefferson School of Law and developing my pro bono practice with disadvantaged clients both through Thomas Jefferson's legal clinic and in the San Diego community.
I have extensive experience handling misdemeanor and felony cases in Washington State. I have independently tried over 20 jury trials and I have written and argued over 100 criminal motions. I have written and argued numerous appeals both to the Superior Court and to the Court of Appeals. I believe that having a smart, hardworking attorney is essential to defending your right to a fair trial. I especially enjoy cases involving search and seizure issues as well as other constitutional issues.

Lack of experience and patience.
This attorney gets frustrated very easily and is not patient when things becoming complicated. Furthermore, she is very slow to respond to questions that I needed immediate responses for.
"Our QC and Safety Plans, of cource we only extract the applicable parts or summaries and we do not include in our proposals the entire plan, unless they ask for it specifically."
"I endorse this lawyer's work. I've known Jennifer since we were in law school together, and managed to bump into her in nearly every court I've worked in. She's not only highly motivated and very intelligent - she's a genuinely nice person to work with, and treats her clients with utmost respect and professionality. Jennifer is a credit to our profession."
"I strongly endorse this lawyer's work. She is a great brief writer and a very smart lawyer. She has no fear of trial and goes to bat for each and every client. I have seen her pull a rabbit out of a hat on more than one occasion."
