He was used for a divorce. Horrific. Promised the World and delivered nothing. Had to fight with him on every issue. Including the deviding of the home asset. Wanted me to accept much less because that's what opposing council wanted. I had to do my own work on it. Lost a good amount of money because ...what was accepted and ruled on in court, was never followed up. And temper, wow!!! But what does he expect when it's your money he is losing. Promised to conclude the case for a certain amount of money, then reneged on it later. Refused to do any additional work, unless I gave him additional funds. In the end, he wanted to charge me for my file. I found out many of the judgements and rulings were missing from the file. He even accepted things he knew I would never accept, so he simply never told me about it, signed it off and filed it. How do you go back before the court and ask for it again?
