Mark Deniz, where to start? After getting arrested for a DUI down the street from my dorm and spending the night in jail, I thought for sure I was going to lose everything. From my job at the hospital, my license, and everything else in between. Oh, did I mention also being under the legal drinking a...ge? Its difficult to choose a right lawyer, but the number of great ratings show that Mr. Deniz must be doing something right... Mark is a straight shooter, no bull.... type of man, the false child abuse allegations brought on by my son's mother were serious... So when I had consulted with Mark, and lett...ing him know that C.P.S was still investigating weeks after the initial date, but were coming up inconclusive. So Mark called D.A. office, noticed no charges were being filed at that time, and had told me as much as he would love to represent me, I would be able to handle it on my own with his specific detailed instructions.... I was arrested for DUI with BAC of 0.18. I thought my life and career was over. He was actually the first lawyer I consulted with over the phone. As I told him my story, embarrassed and distraught, his sympathetic ear listened and calmed me. I am surprised he understood anything I said through my ...tears. I called Mark a week after our initial conversation. When he answered the phone, he somehow remembered the details of my case, and again was empathetic to my situation. He told me to come in to talk. (even on weekends and late night) He kept me calm throughout the process, despite my high levels of anxiety, considering I have never been in trouble with the law prior to this offense. I would highly recommend this man to anyone who is facing a DUI, or any criminal case for that manner. He is a genuine, trustworthy man, that made me realize this wasn't the end of the world, nor my career. His fee is extremely reasonable, actually I think he should increase his fee for the amount of work that he put into my case! He even allows payment plans. I met with over 4 other lawyers. This was the only lawyer who could look me in the eye, not give me a song and dance, nor tell me a tall tale. Honestly, I chose Mark because of his human kindness and compassion, I felt safe with him. I felt I could trust in him. Where do even start, Mark is very VERY helpful . I've never been in trouble before and I was extremely worried that I wouldn't find the right lawyer to help me out with this case , he kept reassuring me that everything will me alright that he will help me get everything taken care of, honestly I ca...nnot thank Mark enough for all his help . Mark is an excellent attorney. He is honest, upfront, hardworking, and takes care of his clients. My boyfriend was pulled over at the beginning of the year for a DUI and a friend of his recommended Mark as an attorney. Mark was always there whenever he needed.
