Biography
John R. Rodriguez is an experienced and skilled Immigration and Criminal Defense Attorney. His combined experience as an attorney, former police officer, and investigator has culminated into a successful legal career that his clients can rely on.
My personal commitment
As the son of an immigrant parent from Monterrey, Mexico, I was the first born in the United States and the first to receive an American education. I learned early in life that if you enter this country without permission there was a harsh penalty to pay. As a kid immigration officers entered our home and arrested my uncle like a criminal. They took him away in handcuffs and it was more then 10 years later before we would see him and my cousins again. Seeing my uncle taken away in handcuffs made a lasting impression on me.
It has become my mission and purpose in life to use my years of legal experience and education to help immigrant families find a pathway to citizenship in the United States. I use my skills to fight for their immigrant rights and defend against criminal accusations that affect their status so that they can focus on the things that matter most to them and their families.
