Steve agreed to take on a minority shareholder grievance against the principles. This is the little guys taking on a nefarious giant. He not only had to develop a winning strategy but he also had to get all of the minority shareholders in the lawsuit to not only agree to the strategy, but also to stay on point and not wander from the core objectives ( no small task ) . He collected and reviewed huge volumes of documents, synthesized the elements, and developed a winning strategy. His attention to detail was very impressive. Then he had to explain it all to us, which he did expertly. The net result is that we recovered all of our initial investment at a very reasonable price, without going to trial. This was an amazing outcome and certainly a lot more than I expected at the onset of the lawsuit. He has a talented staff that was delightful to work with. I have worked with many attorneys in the last 4 decades and he is clearly one of the best. Thank you Steve for protecting my interests and recovering my money.

I'm no stranger to lawsuits. I've sued people, I've been sued, I have testified in both civil and criminal trials as an expert witness, and I have never seen anyone so effective as Mr. Coopersmith. He works with you closely, gives you good advice and is very responsive to emails and phone calls. I can't recommend him highly enough. I engaged him for a lawsuit that I thought was a lost cause and he got all of my money back plus five other people who joined me in the lawsuit.

As a frustrated tenant, I had the good fortune of discovering The Coopersmith Law Firm. I brought Steve Coopersmith many emotions about my dispute with an unreasonable and condensing landlord as well as layman presumptions about what could be done legally. Steve very quickly absorbed mounds of information, assessed my situation, and knew I had cause. He also tempered my expectations, which garnered my immediate respect and full confidence. Steve showed a vast knowledge of tenant-landlord law, an impressive ability to critically think, and articulated a decisive direction with the end in mind – which was not court.
In the end, Steve and his Firm showed a keen ability to argue my side as well as aggressively negotiate a favorable settlement – and he did it very quickly. Perhaps most importantly, even with a heavy caseload, Steve, from the very first day, made me feel like my dispute was a priority and that the entire firm was dedicated to resolving it. The Firm’s response time was consistently impressive. I would also like to thank Alanna Whittington, who masterfully handled my landlord during my post-move out inspection.

Steve Coopersmith is an attorney who not knows the law but understands risk management. His attention to detail and tenacity while facing my opponent's counsel was phenomenal. I was very nervous going into my case but after seeing Steve in action I seriously didn't think of it again. He's tough and really knows how to defend you. My grandfather always said, "if you want to fight a giant, you need to be a giant". Well Steve is a giant; I knew at the end of this, whatever the details of my negotiations, that I was well represented.
I can't say enough about him. I highly recommend him and I know you will be in good hands with him in your corner.
If you're reading this and you're up against him- well- good luck.
