Very impressed!
I was investigated by the Bureau of Real Estate, which ultimately made an Accusation against me. I was referred to Attorney Earll Pott for legal representation in the matter, and I am so glad to have met Earll. He handled all of the issues that needed handling, while keeping me - the person (including the "fear factor" that naturally comes with being a target of a government investigation) - in mind. I couldn't have asked for a more capable or understanding advocate. In short order, Earll began to see my situation through my eyes, and he allowed me to work with him to represent my side of the rather complex story to the authorities. I am grateful to Earll for the work, experience and wisdom he shared with me, and for helping me to achieve the result I needed. Also, I felt I was treated fairly and respectfully by the entire firm at Klinedinst - including their billing department (not always the case at other law firms...). If a skilled and capable veteran attorney is needed for any professional compliance-related issues, Earll Pott is an excellent choice.

Earll was an overall excellent lawyer. His responsiveness and attentiveness to my requests was very timely. The professionalism he displayed always made me feel that he had the case under control, knew all the facts, and was making decisions in my best interest. Highly Recommended
We had a terrific experience with Mr. Pott and we highly recommend him. His civil and criminal defense work was of monumental assistance to us. In spite of the long and difficult subject matter, Mr. Pott remained personable and accessible. For a high-profile public case, Mr. Pott managed to remain focused on helping us get through a difficult time. Should the need arise again, Mr. Pott would be the first person I would contact.
