Biography
Sasha Kamfiroozie is the founder of Kam Law Firm, a trust and estates, and corporate law firm. Part of Sasha’s practice focuses on all matters related to death and incapacity including estate planning, probate, conservatorships, trust administration, and financial elder abuse. Her estate planning strategies are designed to enable clients to manage family assets and achieve other estate planning goals. In addition, Sasha has significant experience in advising clients with respect to the administration of trusts and estates, and handling trust and estate litigation matters. Sasha also serves as an advocate for individuals lacking capacity, as a Court Appointed Attorney and Guardian ad Litem in Conservatorship matters.
In addition to her trust and estates clients, Sasha advises primarily privately held small and medium-sized companies, including clients in the information services, commercial lending, marketing, and technology industries. For some, she serves as outside general counsel or as a resource for C-level executives, providing general advice and counsel to minimize the company’s risk and resolve disputes with vendors and clients. For others, she acts on a transaction-specific basis on a broad range of matters including the appropriate structure of a new entity to ensure startups are formed with the right foundation, drafting and negotiating contracts, and providing counsel on general corporate law issues affecting their business.
Sasha brings her dynamic experience as a litigator and transactional attorney to deliver creative solutions for business operation, transaction, and succession planning that add significant value, which is just one of the reasons why our clients rely on Kam Law Firm to coordinate their legal needs.
