Business and estate planning expert

We were so lucky to discover Nikki early in our business growth. Nikki helped us reclassify our business into a C Corp and protect my personal and family assets. Along the way in our business growth, we neared a few legal roadblocks that Nikki circumvented with ease. In hindsight, her original cou...nseling and structuring of our business saved us hundreds of thousands in the long term. Nikki has always been very thorough, incredibly patient and helped us understand the best options in non legalese. Her way of explaining always makes sense. I would highly recommend Nikki for estate and business planning.

Highly recommend!

Nikki is a very thorough and responsive attorney. She was readily available to answer all of our questions during the estate planning process and always went above and beyond to provide excellent support and service. Trustworthy & Knowledgeable

I have used Nikki's legal services on several different occasions, most recently for my family's trust and will. She was extremely knowledgeable on the subject matter and made what could have been an extremely complicated process easy and seamless. Nikki was always quick to respond to my many quest...ions and it was a pleasure working with her. I would definitely hire Nikki again.

Excellent legal support and communication

I had the privilege of with Nikki on some complex legal matters related to my business. Nikki's communication and responsiveness were beyond my expectations. Very thorough and informative

My family and I found Nikki Hlavin to be very thorough when answering our questions. We had a very unique legal matter at hand and Nikki was able to guide us through the entire process with professionalism and patience.
