Great Experience

Recently I went through a hell of a legal process. Initially I was charged on multiple felony credit card fraud charges. My world went upside down, as these accusations were serious and I was headed for a severe sentence. After reading different online reviews, I decided to contact a few attorneys ar...ound my area and see firsthand how they would handle my case. After many phone calls, I decided to personally visit a few of them, as many of them offer a limited free consultation. After meeting with Randy, in my conscience and heart I knew that I can put my life in his hands. He answered my questions and he explained in detail all of the possible options and outcome. I felt that some other lawyers were more interested to just hook me on, so I would come back again and sign up with them. In many ways Randy was different; he was genuine and had that unwavering commitment to my case. He was confident in resolving my case, and throughout the whole case he aggressively defended my rights. If you want to save your time, money and energy, put your trust in Randy. It worked for me, as I was completely dismissed of all felony charges. Looking back, it was really unsettling time in my life, and I’m glad that I had a trustworthy lawyer by my side. Highly recommended!

I recommend Randy to anyone seeking a legal counsel.

Having to contact a defense lawyer is most likely not on anyone’s top 10 list. Working with Randy and his team made this experience painless. I was always kept up to date on where we were at in the process. I would recommend Randy to anyone seeking a legal counsel. Great results and great lawyer!

A Great, Dedicated Criminal Defense Attorney

A couple months ago I had a personal, private issue that needed the help of a criminal attorney. I’ve hired other business lawyers in the past… So kind of knew my way around. But hiring Mr. Wagner was so refreshing, he guided me through the whole process (I had been arrested in San Diego for a DUI, ...and naturally wanted to get my record cleared), he was always available to answer any questions and concerns whether through email or phone. And in the end totally cleared my name! Thank you Randy for helping me get my life back! I highly recommend his services.
