Replied last October 24, 2021I am sorry Sir, this is either a mistake or a false review. This review has been reported to Avvo for the following main reasons: 1) The "firing" process described is not legally possible for paid, retained attorneys. A Judge cannot "fire" a retained attorney; 2) Even if a judge made such findings, sanctions would be issued in cases where there is such serious conduct. I have never been sanctioned or reprimanded, my clean record can be found here http://members.calbar.ca.gov/fal/Licensee/Detail/319928; 3) I have never in my whole career billed hourly for any criminal case that has gone before the court. To date, I have only handled flat rate cases. I wish you luck in your case and/or RTP.
