Practicing family law is more than a job. It is my calling. I knew from a very young age that I wanted to be an advocate because I wanted to make a positive difference in people's lives. Being a lawyer is an incredible way to achieve this goal.
I grew up in Tehachapi, California, a small mountain town. Aside from the loveliness of its slower pace and serenity, there were many broken families and troubled pasts. I wanted to understand this phenomenon. In 2012, I graduated from the University of California, Irvine with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Social Behavior and a Minor in Criminology, Law and Society. My undergraduate studies in psychology were focused on anger, violence and pathological disorders because I wanted to understand why people behave the way that they do. In 2016, I graduated from California Western School of Law and I was admitted into the California Bar in May 2017. My understanding of human behavior and legal work experience have taught me to turn emotionally packed cases into a passion for justice to those who need it the most. Today, I reside in East Village, San Diego. In my free time, I am a dedicated yogi and impressionist artist.
I started the Law Office of Brianna S. Davis because I wanted to be the only one accountable to my clients. While there are many perks to hiring a large law firm, it may be better and less stressful to hire me so that I can give you a more personalized experience. I see myself being the strength that my clients need to achieve the best result during life's hardest times. Whether you are going through a divorce, child custody battle, fighting for or against a restraining order, it is no secret that these life-changing situations can be devastating. My job is to alleviate some of that stress by being your voice and advocate that helps put you in a place where you and your family can sleep better at night.

ETHICAL ATTORNEY THAT WILL FINALIZE YOUR DIVORCE
I had to write this review because I need people who are searching for a divorce attorney to reach her. Unless you are going through a horrible divorce you would not understand how important it is to find an attorney who truly wants to help you and finalize your divorce. She is ethical in her bil...

Exceeds expectations
To start, no one knows what to expect going into a dirty divorce. Mrs. Brianna Davis and her team were referred to me by another highly reputable attorney. She is a powerful and well respected counsel but above all that, she is a dynamic human being with feelings. In the midst of emotional chaos, she...

Don’t believe the fake reviews
Ms. Davis caused major problems to my case and her billing practices in which I had to involve the California state bar association. I would not recommend her and she refused to submit evidence I presented to her.
It is really sad that you went this far. You are on your SIXTH attorney now in less than 6 months. I was lawyer number 2. My reviews are not "fake." These are from my clients that actually listened to me. Your buyer's remorse per your publicly filed pleadings after dismissing your restraining order mid-trial after our trial judge warned you in open court he would make credibility findings against you does not make me a bad lawyer. Your decisions since then spun out of control. You filed 2 more restraining orders since my representation as I understand it. All 3 were determined to be frivolous by the court and you were sanctioned and ordered to pay attorney's fees for it as I was coincidently in the same department on 06/15/23, nearly 4 months after my representation. I had a good plan for you. I learned in court that you do not have 50/50 custody, which is not surprising after all that has occurred since my representation. I worked hard on your case, cared about your case, fought my hardest. Regarding my billing practices, I do not know where you are coming from. You were given invoices for all billing and upon the conclusion of my representation, you were returned all unearned fees promptly. I wish you a better future with your family law case. I hope you listen to your lawyers in the future. I am not threatened by your supposed reporting to the State Bar. I will gladly show the State Bar that I complied with all of my ethical obligations to you. I take my ethical obligations very seriously. I welcome any questions the State Bar may have for me on your case.

Superb work / Highly Knowledgable of Domestic Violence Case
Ms. Davis did an amazing job on my case. She is highly knowledgeable in family law and the psychology of perpetrators of domestic violence. Her advice during our three consultations prior to retention were spot on. She didn't sign me on as a client just to make money. Brianna came on to a highly cont...

Ms. Davis was recommended to me by another Lawyer who said, she is the one to help in my matter.
I have absolutely nothing but nice things to say about Ms. Davis. From the initial phone call I knew she was the one to help me. I could hear the passion in her voice and was eager to help right away. I had a custody and move away case that could've easily lasted a lengthy amount of time. With Ms...
