This lady is involved in crimes against injured workers protecting, in my case, William Hornbuckle, CEO MGM Resorts International. He falsified medical records through his legal team at Hooks, Meng and Clement, with John Clement lead attorney. My attorney worked for GGRM and they all are involved in ...claim denial that MGM on November 18, 2024 admitted was actually a true injury that occurred on shift as I reported. I faced false allegations that I was on drugs or alcohol during shift to claim denial when I was actually engaged in an honest foot pursuit of a possible armed intruder in the PARK MGM RI Property Mid-Rise Hotel floors. I was injured. I filed an injured worker's claim which this lady participated with all of the above mentioned criminals in finding that me seeking medical care with Podiatrist Scott Hambrecht, MD Southwest eleven hours after completion of my shift and that blood work and UA taken for my Rheumatoid MD one day after ordered and one hour before my NV C4 form was falsified at UMC by Dr. Charles Worth, DO disproving MGM's counsel's false allegations to this Hearing Judge. She had another Southwest General Practitioner's medical report before her in evidence showing the October 6 and 9, 2023 UMC medical reports were falsified with defamatory information that did not meet the HIPPA (1996) requirements to be submitted into evidence by either the doctors, hospital or involved Hooks, Meng and Clement including my attorney firm GGRM's Bradley Beck, Esq lead Associate Attorney, and who started immediate employment with MGM's law firm once the fraud was done and claim denial achieved. This lady is involved with protecting the nine-billion-dollar company rather than seeking justice for the injured worker. I worked with honor and this lady participated with my employer in trying to kill me. The worst part is I am a Republican voting constituent active in the governmental community ongoings. She wanted to kill me like MGM's Bill Hornbuckle does before I have my day in NVDIR Administrative Court. This lady is dangerous. She has zero ethics. She needs to be removed from her position and disbarred.
