David is the best. From our first meeting, he explained everything to me in terms I could easily understand and was always very responsive when I had questions outside of our meetings. I contacted a law firm to be represented in a Restraining Order from my parents who fabricated facts because I would NOT give them $30,000 for their gambling debts and junkets. David was a bait and switch and an incompetent attorney. If I could give him 0 stars I would. He couldn’t win a case ...if he tried. At the time I lived out of State and David would not even argue that the San Diego Superior Court had no jurisdiction over me! He did Not attempt to win the case or even have it dismissed. He took 5,000 from me and did nothing to help me! The plaintiffs had a fifty year domestic violence history and documented evidence the plaintiffs abused their children and were CPS involved. David is a joke and couldn’t even fight his way out of a paper bag. He had his license suspended and was disciplined by the State Bar. This jerk actually helped the plaintiffs more than me and on my dime. When the stupid plaintiffs couldn’t work their computer to get onto the Court Hearing David helped them on my dime! We could have had the case dismissed just by the plaintiffs not showing. I think the Jerk needs to give me back my money, so I can hire a real Attorney who is competent! DO NOT HIRE DAVID R. Ruyle!!!! You will regret it and loose your case! This guy is a purebred Moron!
