Hired Mr. Taibi based on the information received from Norma, his office manager. We NEVER received a strategy session with Mr. Taibi. NO prep for family law mediation in a contentious custody case. Heard from the office only after mediation went sideways. Hired the firm in June and just received our... first "bill" in December after our 5th email request and supplying our own estimation of services. 10K+ for "long conferences with paralegal" about our case, for which we did a substitution of attorney due to negligence. We paid less to the 2nd attorney who did much much more than Mr. Taibi. Sorely, sorely disappointed. Mr. Taibi and his staff would do well to remember that they have people's LIVES in their hands. State bar complaint will be forthcoming.
