Ashley Clark Stewart has represented clients throughout the San Diego area in criminal law, family law, and civil ligation since 2010. Mrs. Stewart is a member of the San Diego Bar Association, the Earl B. Gilliam Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. Prior to opening her own law firm, Ashley worked for the respected Law Office of L. Marcel Stewart. During her time at that law office, she focused on federal criminal law cases including federal casino fraud, RICO violations, drug trafficking, and alien smuggling.
Ashley C. Stewart earned her law degree from the Thomas Jefferson School of Law located in San Diego, in 2009. While at TJSL, Mrs. Stewart was a two-year member of the nationally competitive and award-winning mock trial team She received academic achievement awards in both trial advocacy and mock trial. She also clerked at several county agencies and criminal law firms.
Mrs. Stewart obtained her undergraduate degree from the University of Houston in 2003, where she majored in Journalism and minored English.
