Paul Caprara received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Texas at Austin and Juris Doctor from the California Western School of Law in San Diego. While in law school, Mr. Caprara served as the Executive Editor of the California Western Law Review and published in the journal for his comment, “Surf’s Up: The Implications of Tort Liability in the Unregulated Sport of Surfing.” Before private practice, Mr. Caprara worked for Qualcomm’s Strategic Intellectual Property Division, assisting the team’s business development group with intellectual property acquisition.
