August of 2017 started out as a normal day heading to work early in the morning and ended with a huge migraine, severe back and neck pain, as well as a brand new car with a smashed in rear end. The person who hit me lied-then accidentally told on himself a few times in our initial conversation, then ...his insurance company hung up on me, twice.. So after talking to my husband about it we decided we might be better off getting a professional to handle this situation. I had never needed a lawyer before, but, here I was leaving the emergency room with a huge bill, a lot of pain, frustrated, angry and without a clue. I went on yelp to try and find an attorney that had at least semi-decent reviews. I called a few and was told I would receive a call back. I was emailed and or called and kept in the loop every step of the way. I never felt rushed off the phone or office. Mr. Levinson and his staff helped me to get back to feeling myself physically, and, they fought for a settlement far above average, and got it!! Then, they went even further and negotiated all of my medical bills so that I paid the very least and took home what was deserved. I couldn't be more grateful to them and I will forever recommend Gordon and his team to anyone I know in need of their services!

On November 10, 2016, our car was hit by another in Carlsbad, CA. I was a passenger and was injured. I went to Urgent Care, and then to the local hospital, where I was treated for 6 days for internal bleeding (hematoma), missing my daughter's wedding. I was involved in an auto accident where the other driver and his attorneys were completely unwilling to accept any fault, I was hesitant to hire an attorney because of a bad past experience. Levinson Law group came highly recommended to me so I decided to at least go to the free consultation. His bu...ilding is fairly easy to find. I entered his office and was immediately greeted and offered a drink. I waited about 5 minutes and was led down the hallway to a presentation room where I was the star! I felt important and did not feel like a burden to their office. On the table was a massive spread of snacks. I met Gordon and Shannean and both were so warm and welcoming. I was asked the circumstances of the accident and they wanted all details which told me they were interested in not only having a "winnable" case but were also interested in getting justice for me. I have never met someone who was so invested in his potential client but you can just tell it's not just money for him, he cares about doing what's right. I'm a very patient person but throughout the period of waiting for my case to settle I would do period "how's it going" calls and was also able to talk to either Hillary or Shannean, never an answering machine or "I'll have her call you back" every thing I would think of to speed the case up Shannean had already taken care of, I was never needed to follow up on anything which was so reassuring as I have always had to be my own advocate. My medical insurance had 30 days to submit the bill they had covered in order to get reimbursed so that was a little stressful, however 10 days into the 30 days I was contacted and told to come in because they had my check ready for me!! When I found out how much they had gotten me I was floored! I never even imagined it coming close to that amount. I have a stack of his business cards and his book in my car at all times just in case anyone ever needs it. I cannot explain what an easy, stress free experience it was being represented by his office I hope I never need him again but if I do I know I will be in great hands
