Over-achieving Rockstar

I've used Wade's services several times, in many different legal areas, over the past few years. I've also referred him to several of my clients and friends. He is straight-forward and practical. Nothing will stop him from learning what he needs to regarding your case so you have the best shot at the... best resolution. Call him now.

He helped me when no one else would.

I was the victim of a mistaken identity incident that deprived me of my right to notice and to be heard, that was the result of negligence on the part of a police department, a consumer credit reporting agency, a collections agency and insurance companies. I had my license suspended, my bank account... garnished, lost my insurance coverage and could not find a single attorney to take my case - even though I had done nothing wrong - and did not know all of this was going on until my bank account was garnished. I had to investigate this all for myself. Finally Wade stepped in (through a friend's referral) and helped be navigate through this incredible mess. Ultimately my license was restored, my driving record was corrected, my insurance was restored, my money was returned and a settlement was arranged. Several days ago it was discovered that one of the parties involved did not comply with the terms to remove all traces of a debt collection from my records. I immediately contacted Wade who immediately responded and provided me with a detailed plan of where we need to go from here. On a personal level he is sympathetic, knowledgeable, and communicates every step of the process we are undertaking. As a client I feel valued, heard, and a part of the process. I am always kept well-informed.

Completely satisfied with every step of the process

My son and I were hit by a repeat offender drunk driver last Thanksgiving. He was undocumented, but the car that he was driving did have insurance. The worst insurance available with the least limits in CA. Fortunately, my son and I were okay, but we were both dealing with anxiety and I had a few ...medical bills from that day. I tried first to negotiate with the other insurance company. I laid out all the facts that I had received from the police department and the DA in charge of the DUI case. I went back and forth with the insurance for weeks. Finally, they offered me a settlement, that I still didn't like, but I wanted everything to be over. I had the papers in my hand, was finding friends to witness my signature, and I just had a horrible feeling that I should not accept the settlement. I was referred to Wade by a good friend, and he met with me that same night. I went to our meeting full of anxiety and worry. I didn't want to be greedy, it wasn't about the money, but I didn't feel right absolving everyone of any liablity without even being made whole. I have never met with an attorney before, and I was a little intimidated and unsure. Wade was warm and understanding. He listened patiently as I tearfully recounted what I had been through. He then gave me some important insight into his background, he used to actually defend insurance companies, so he knew both sides of the game. And he also proceeded to tell me how he would treat my case, and what possible outcomes we could expect. I handed over my file, and immediately felt a weight lifted off my shoulders. I was confident in his knowledge and experience. I was also glad to not have to deal with the insurance company any more. Wade compiled the evidence, including pictures, and wrote up an extensive policy limit demand letter to the insurance company, with a strict 7 day time limit for them to accept or we would head to court. The letter was atleast 15 pages long and clearly stated my physical and mental pains. He also reiterated that there was no question of fault. We were prepared to pursue things in court, which would have also opened the insurance company up to further liability. On the 7th day, we recieved the written notice that the insurance company was going to settle for policy limits. The insurance sent my check, but we then had the job of getting my minor son's settlement approved by a judge. We were hoping that we could get the judge to just give us free management of his money, as opposed to locking it up in an account that he couldn't access until 18. Wade looked into requesting that for us, and found that we could not ethically ask for that, as the exeptions to the locked account did not apply to us. Like he wasn't going to need on-going medical care. I agreed that we didn't want to do anything that would jeopordize our standing to the judge, so we decided to just request the locked account. Again Wade was very thourough as he prepared that request, so our request was accepted and my son received his check soon after. Finally, Wade went the extra mile and tried to get my medical bills forgiven. I already had liens pending. Wade had to deal with a collection agent, who was just a middle man to the health insurance company looking to collect. The collection agent was not extremely helpful, but Wade was persistent and was able to get all my bills 100% forgiven. I had been planning on paying those the whole time, so the extra money that he got for me was a bonus. I have to mention that my favorite part of working with Wade was that he could explain the law and the process in a way that I could understand, without talking down to me. Wade is extremely intelligent and knows the law inside and out. But he never made me feel like my questions were stupid, and he kept me up to date with ever change in the case. I could not have asked for a better experience or outcome.
