Biography
With over a dozen years of experience as a family law attorney in San Diego, Genevieve Suzuki is dedicated to providing empathetic legal representation and facilitating amicable resolutions for her clients.
Her journey into family law was driven by a lifelong aspiration to support families during their most challenging times. Holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism from the University of Hawai‘i at Manoa and a Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law, Genevieve transitioned from a career in print journalism and editing in Honolulu and San Diego to becoming an attorney. She leverages her journalistic background as co-editor of San Diego Lawyer Magazine, a publication of the San Diego County Bar Association.
Genevieve’s passion for storytelling also manifested in her children’s book, The Original Poi Cats on O’ahu, published by Mutual Publishing in 2005.

Restraining Order
