I walked into court with a DUI drugs case with little to no recollection of what happened the day I got a ticket at the start of everything I had already believed that I was going to get my drivers license revoked and I was going to have to do some jail time. Lisa Liu is honestly the true definition ...of a lawyer because regardless how many other clients and cases she has she makes your circumstance feel important and is really detail oriented with every aspect of your case. For over a year we constantly returned to court where I was being offered plea deals every time which consisted of probation and jail time but because I had Lisa's help and knowledge she advised me to continue to reject the offers and continue to go to trial so I did and when the day came for trial I did n't know what to expect and before I could even get into the courtroom she told me that my case got dismissed and instantly all my stress was gone I'm glad to have Lisa Liu by my side through this.

If I could give Lisa Liu 10 stars I would. A close family member was arrested and was charged with a felony with potentially 5-10 years of jail time. Up until that point, no one in my family had ever been in trouble with the law and therefore, we had no idea what to do. First and foremost, Lisa wa...s very kind and nonjudgmental. I retained Lisa's services immediately for a DUI case in March 2015, Lisa laid everything out for me explained to me how everything would from the court case to the DMV's administrative per se (APS) hearing, I knew that she had a lot of experience and totally entrusted my case to her after she told m...e her experience as a deputy district attorney, the whole system, and she knew what department and which deputy district attorney would most likely handle my case. My initial court date was in May, as time drew closer, I was nervous and she called me to reassure me that she was waiting for more discovery and my DMV's APS hearing was rescheduled as well to the end of June. By the time my DMV APS hearing came around, she already informed me that my court case was dismissed pre-trial! She also let me know that she had this hearing officer in the past and she actually won a case with this same hearing officer and the same exact CHP officer involved with my case, in the past. My DMV APS hearing ended up going for 2 days, 3 weeks apart, for about a total of 3 hours. A week later, she gets my decision in the mail from the DMV and she immediately calls my cell phone and informs me that we won the DMV APS hearing as well! The fact that she was so happy for me, made it even better because I could tell how excited she was over the phone. I contacted her earlier this week with a question as she informed me that she was on vacation. What really topped it off for me was when she replied to my text with "I've never had a vacation where I don't work but I love job!!!! I get to really help people." In the event that I have another situation where I would need to retain Lisa's services, I wouldn't blink twice, she will be my go to! Lisa's great, friendly, well versed with law, confident and she really took the time to understand my case and my situation.
