She also has an assistant, Betty that will respond within a couple mins or less upon emailing her. You do not have to worry about the steps needed to take on your case. Lisa will walk you through it as well as send reminders on the daily. I cannot think of a better attorney to go to in time of need. Every dollar is worth it.
