I am an attorney for a small boutique law firm located in the city of Upland, San Bernardino County, California. I engage in a general civil practice (with a touch of criminal) where I handle cases through investigation, law and motion, negotiation, and trial. I am proficient in handling appeals, real property, probate, trust, wills, corporate, partnership, contract, and miscellaneous business issues.
I am experienced in both civil and criminal jury trials, civil bench trials, and arbitrations.
I thoroughly enjoy the unique challenges that each new case brings and modify my approach depending on the factors involved in each case to ensure that my clients end up with a favorable result.
I am married and enjoy traveling. Prior to living in Southern California, I have lived in Canada, Japan, Australia, and New Zealand. I am an avid reader and soccer player.

Contract/Lien dispute resolved without litigation
Mr. Leblanc was precise and to the point in eliminating a contract/ lien issue by a government agency that could have cost my business a substantial amount of money. He was extremely persistent and managed to eliminate the issue without the expense litigation.
