Biography
Over the past eight years, I have helped employees recover millions of dollars in unpaid wages, damages, and other penalties. I handle matters involving all aspects of employment in both the public and private sectors. My main focus is representing employees who have been subjected to wage and hour violations on both a class, individual, and representative basis. Additionally, I pursue claims for wrongful termination, retaliation, harassment (including complaints filed with the Department of Fair Employment and Housing (DFEH) and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC)), FMLA leave, pregnancy discrimination/leave entitlement, whistle-blower retaliation, labor code violations, independent contractor misclassification, and other unlawful employment practices.
