In the case of domestic violence accusations the petitioner can file all the allegations that they want to with the court, and the respondent is guilty until proven innocent, Rocky understands that. Rocky has a vast background in law enforcement and as a volunteer with the district attorneys office. With that said, he has seen domestic violence cases from the street level as a deputy, to the D.A.’s office, to the courtroom as a family and civil law attorney. I have been in an ugly battle over the last few months with domestic violence accusations against me. I had my children taken away from me and C.P.S. was involved due to the allegations. My original attorney did not know how to combat the allegations and was looking for the easy way out instead of fighting for me when I was wrongfully accused. It seems that most attorney are just doing the job to make as much money as they can off of their client, that’s not Rocky’s M.O. though. After retaining Mr. Johnson I went from feeling defeated by the judicial system to happy and confident about my case, because I knew he was going to fight for the truth. She contacted him seeking out his services pertaining to my ex-wife (i.e. jurisdiction & child custody/visitation modification) and since, we have been nothing short of amazed, happy, and thrilled with the platinum standard service ...which he has been able to render us, and continues to render! Mr. Johnson is thorough, dedicated, aggressive, and fearless with regard to my case. He is genuine and has conveyed his admirable and likable character through word and deed. The day of the hearing, we did not anticipate being in court too long. We ended up spending the whole day there! From 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.! This resulted in him shuffling his schedule around and he remained by our side for the entirety of the day.
