In the case of domestic violence accusations the petitioner can file all the allegations that they want to with the court, and the respondent is guilty until proven innocent, Rocky understands that. Rocky has a vast background in law enforcement and as a volunteer with the district attorneys office. With that said, he has seen domestic violence cases from the street level as a deputy, to the D.A.’s office, to the courtroom as a family and civil law attorney. I have been in an ugly battle over the last few months with domestic violence accusations against me. I had my children taken away from me and C.P.S. was involved due to the allegations.
