Rocky cares about his clients as if he were going through the battle for his own family. Rocky Johnson is an amazing attorney. When it comes to father’s rights he is very well versed and proactive. In the case of domestic violence accusations the petitioner can file all the allegations that they want to with the court, and the respondent is guilty until proven innocent, Rocky understands that. Rocky has a vast background in law enforcement and as a volunteer with the district attorneys office. With that said, he has seen domestic violence cases from the street level as a deputy, to the D.A.’s office, to the courtroom as a family and civil law attorney. I have been in an ugly battle over the last few months with domestic violence accusations against me. I had my children taken away from me and C.P.S. was involved due to the allegations. My original attorney did not know how to combat the allegations and was looking for the easy way out instead of fighting for me when I was wrongfully accused.
