I hired Sagi Schwartzberg after my previous attorney left me high and dry. I contacted several other attorneys before I found Mr. Schwartzberg, and no one would take my case because it was at the end of a four year long personal injury case and no one would touch it. My original attorney dropped me j...ust before trial, and I was in a very messy situation. After consulting with Mr. Schwartzberg, he decided to take on my case. During the time we worked together, he always promptly responded to me. He was absolutely brilliant on handling the lengthy paperwork, and quickly fixed, and settled my extremely messy case. I worked with this attorney and my experience was not so good. If I am paying someone for professional services at such a high hourly rate I expect them to be professional. When I was meeting with him there was another guy in the office and he was rude to me when I arrived and was very condescending.... I hired Mr. Schwartzberg to update documents after he said he had experience doing this type of thing. After he did his thing and I paid him I had another update I needed. I went to another attorney as I sought to avoid the jerk that I ran into when I met with Mr. Schwartzberg, as with my heart condition I don't do that well nasty folk and young whipper snappers with oversized egos. Life is too short for that. My new attorney reviewed the documents and told me that there were several key things missing from this attorney's work product that should have been included. I had to have the documents reworked and a couple things fixed. My niece told me about this website and that even though this happened awhile ago that I should let other folk know about the goings on that I experienced because it is the only way to help other people who are shop'n for legal services. Even though Mr. Schawartzberg was nice the air of attitude that was around his office is just not right. Maybe given more experience and perhaps if he got more education he would be better. I wish him luck but I think he has a long hard road ahead of him given the company he keeps and his location.
