Chris got done in aprox 8-9 months what my last looser attorney couldn't do in 3 years. Chris is a no nonsense guy and not afraid to tell you what you should do in all situations. Family Law is painstaking and often extremely frustrating. Chris was and has been very patient with me during my divorce. After a year long battle in court with my previous attorney, I finally realized the mistake I made with my decision on an attorney that was recommended by a friend. In court, they do not make rulings on emotions, they rule with law. I was losing my right to be a parent because of an attorney that "kn...ew family law" and false allegations that he did not know how to legally fight. I did not do my homework and I was paying the cost dearly. Financially and emotionally! If you are here reading my review of Chris, you are going to be far better ahead than I was. Chris is no ordinary attorney. He is a Family Law specialist. He knows this area like the back of his hand and does this by keeping up with the laws and understanding them. He has even sat in as a temporary Judge! He truly is passionate about it. There were more than a few times he had to remind our Judges of current laws and did not miss little things that may have slipped by. He is a Family Law fountain of knowledge! He is in and out of Family Law courts everyday and this also gives him the advantage of knowing the traits and earned respect of the Family Law Judge's. In the Family Law courts, that is a priceless advantage that can't be duplicated. Chris never sugar coated anything for me. I never got a sales pitch of what I wanted to hear. He always gave me an honest outcome and how we would work toward getting what I wanted accomplished. My old attorney left a huge knot that Chris had to untangle. After my first day in court with Chris, the knot started loosening up instantly. He did his homework on my case, was prepared, and took control. I walked out of court that day finally seeing some light at the end of a completely dark tunnel and more time with my child. After another year and a half of fighting (opposing counsel had to keep getting extension after extension because he was so lost), I got my rights of being a Father. Chris put the wind back in my sails and gave me what I needed to not give up. If you are at this point of searching for an attorney, you have to trust the person representing you has your Childs and your best interest in mind. Chris gained my trust with his actions and not by words. At the end, I received more than I ever dreamed I could get. Don't ever give up fighting for your children, and more importantly, call Chris!

If you have to navigate the treacherous waters of divorce, Chris is your man to lead the way. Don't be fooled by his quiet demeanor, he is capable of aggressively striking a sharp blow when his opponent least expects it! He is a wordsmith--a master communicator--using few words but making sure that e...ach one purposefully counts. His knowledge of the law accompanied by his aggressiveness in the courtroom has a tendency to leave everyone's head spinning. And when not in the courtroom, he is just as artful at negotiating fine details in the hallway. He made sure at every court appearance that we left in a better position than when we entered the room. Chris came into our case midway into the process after a failure to launch with the first attorney. I say "our" because divorce affects not just the clients, but everyone in the support family. By the time we met Chris, our family was devastated, and the case was left dangling by a thread; but he quickly and confidently took command, allowing his client to go back to focus on living life. He didn't merely represent his client, he also spoke on behalf of our family, seeking a fair and just resolution for everyone involved. He is a man of integrity who genuinely cares that justice is served. He listens and is upfront about what is best for all parties involved. And on a humorous note: if it is possible to be "entertained" by this painful process, Chris' skills afforded us moments when we just couldn't help being entertained by watching a master at work!
