We hired Ms. Swift on Nov 2014 for a paternity/custody case. It took us 5 months to get her to do our modification/Request for Order. We have gone to court a few times after but it seemed that Ms. Swift was not attentive to detail regarding our case. Yes, the system is broken and the judge was not al...l that fair but her work was not great either, being that she's a Super Lawyer. Long story short, simple requests by us were not being done and her monthly bill came like clock work. Our total tally was 20K for mediocre service. We terminated her and found a hungry aggressive attorney who rocks! My only positive remark for Swift associates would be that she and her entire staff are very nice. My advise to others is that you read reviews and do your homework because we didn't and ended up paying dearly both financially and legally with our case!
