I just want to take out a moment to thank the My Rights Law Group for all of their hard work during these trying times. My mom was diagnosed with stage four breast cancer. My family and I sank everything we had into the fight, but just because you life of falling apart doesn’t mean the world stop...s turning... it doesn’t mean that other more normal problems don’t keep piling up. You get stopped by the police, but compared to what’s going on at home a traffic stop feels so trivial. Do you toss it to the back of your mind. Fast forward four long and hard fought years later, we lost... and again the world has just kept spinning and suddenly previously “trivial” problems suddenly aren’t small and avoidable anymore. It wasn’t long after I lost my mom that everything I’d been shoving to the backseat came back with a vengeance. I honestly didn’t even know where to start with it. My Rights Law Group didn’t disappoint me in the least. I’d placed my trust in other law offices and watched my money go down the drain... money I didn’t have btw... with excuses, and the feeling that I was just been shrugged away. Look there’s no guarantee in a law case we all know that, I’ll just say this.They gave me their full attention and their best effort and that’s worth committing your money too. At least it is for me. I was blessed to find the law offices of Tarman and Shamuilian . I recently found out that I had 2 warrants active for my arrest . One was a speeding ticket that was 18 years old . How that is possible I don't know . The other was 11 years old it was a DUI that I reluctantly neglected to finish the m...andatory classes on which had resulted in revoking the probation and the warrant. I was informed that I may be facing jail time on these two cases and was needless to say worried and panicked . When I initially spoke with Bobby I explained the cases and he calmly told me not to worry that he can Guarantee me the dismissal of both cases and most likely be able to get the classes reduced to a 6 week class reinstated . Well that made me feel a heck of a lot better. I quickly paid the retainer which was affordable considering the prices of most lawyers and I have to say turned out to be worth every penny. Here's why. Bobby appeared in court for me without my presence needed . He was able to not only come thru with his promise of getting both cases dismissed but also get all fines and penalties dismissed too. Also he got the classes suspended which meant I literally had no worries at all. Talk about an attorney making it all GO AWAY. Well my problems disappeared . I couldn't be happier . Bobby Shamulian worked his butt off for me on my DUI case! He always had time to talk and answer any & all questions I had. I've never even met him because I'm from another state and I felt like he treated me like he was fighting a case for one of his close friends. He made me feel confident that I h...ad someone in my corner that cared about my situation. I knew just by speaking to him on the phone that he was doing everything in his power to resolve my case. My whole career as a prospective fire fighter was dependent on my case. If I received a DUI or even a wreckless driving I would be rejected from the process in my state. Bobby went above and beyond to make sure that didn't happen. Bobby saved career by getting my DUI reduced to a SPEEDING TICKET!!!!! I will begin my career in the September fire class in a few months. In my opinion, I feel like I was represented very poorly by this law firm. I originally hired Arie. He offered me a poor deal in my opinion. He promised to try to get a better deal and when it came time to go to court Arie was not my lawyer. Instead, he passed me along to a lawyer named Rory. I had n...ever met him before and did not know he would be representing me. I thought I had hired Arie. I personally feel like Rory did nothing to fight for me. Also, when I signed the plea bargain I asked him if I could keep driving as this was a driving related offense. He said yes keep driving and just wait for a letter in the mail from the DMV. I found out my license was suspended the day I signed the plea bargain. As a professional law firm, this should have been disclosed to me. After leaving my review, I was contacted by Bobby the owner and Arie. They told me they were going to refund half my money. They said they could not mail it to me and said I had to come in on a Thursday. I work full time and couldn't make it. After I contacted them they basically said you get nothing now and told me not to come. I believe this is a very poor business practice.
