Biography
Tiffany has spent her legal career aiming to give voice to those seeking fairness and justice. While studying at Moritz College of Law, Tiffany was a judicial extern for the Honorable Magistrate Judge Mark R. Abel of the United States District Court, Southern District of Ohio. After obtaining her law degree, Tiffany served as a Deputy Attorney General where she represented the state of Indiana in criminal appeals. During her role as Deputy, Tiffany successfully argued before the Indiana Court of Appeals and in favor of establishing a new precedent in Indiana that denies non-parental custodians from using the defense of corporal punishment. (McRenoylds vs. State of Indiana, 901 N.E.2d 1149 (2009).
In 2010, Tiffany was admitted to the California State Bar and since then she has passionately represented residents in a variety of disputes, including foreclosure defense and landlord/tenant law, claims against employers for wage and labor violations, and criminal misdemeanors. Tiffany has also assisted individuals and small business owners in drafting documents to protect against liability. Tiffany has extended her practice to include consumer protection and debt relief by helping several distressed CA residents get a fresh start in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcies.
Tiffany is not afraid to take on the legal giants and her clients can attest to her commitment, and dedication, to seeing each case through to a reasonable and fair resolution.

Replied last April 23, 2019Your comments are so outrageously false that any reasonable person would find them questionable. First, you hired my office to represent you in TWO cases: an eviction and in a civil harassment lawsuit filed against you. In both cases, you were given an Attorney-Client Agreement PRIOR to representation. The Agreement included an explanation of the flat fee required for the legal services you were to receive. As explained in the Agreement, attorney fees are separate from court costs which you are responsible for at all times. Your claim that you were billed "five (5) times more than the agreed price" is blatantly false. You were charged a one-time flat attorney fee to handle each of your cases and YOU agreed to charges. As a result of my representation, BOTH cases were DISMISSED against you. Following the resolution of these two cases, you were so impressed with my services that you asked me to represent you in a third case against the party that sued you in the eviction/harassment cases. When I declined to do so because I had serious doubts about your claims and "evidence," you began a campaign of harassment and threatening emails in which you demanded that I take your case. You not only sent harassing emails, but also made threatening and belligerent phone calls. It was at this time that my office sent you a Cease and Desist letter advising you that your harassing communications were being well documented. Although you have since discontinued directly contacting me and my office, you have now turned to making false and defamatory statements online. Second, you claim that I did not do anything promised in your case. As stated in the attorney client agreement, I do not make promises about the outcome of your case. Nonetheless, I achieved the best possible results in your case which lead to a DISMISSAL of the eviction case you were facing. This means that there is no eviction on your record and the case is sealed from public inquiry. In the second case, which again involved a civil harassment claim against you, that was also DISMISSED without any consequence to you. It is unfortunate that anyone can write anything online without a requirement that those statements first be supported by documented proof. Your comments are not a "review" but a litany of defamatory statements that will be met with the appropriate action/response.
