Unable to recommend, as a client last week (July 13, 2018) in active litigation for a foreclosure, Avanesian failed to notify me (and the court) that he assigned my case to a new associate attorney. Literally 5 minutes before an injunction hearing I got a text from my newly assigned attorney tellin...g me he needed critical information and consequently he failed to prepare and I suffered severe consequences. I am unable to recommend as he failed to communicate critical changes with me and I subsequently suffered and lost the hearing.
