My original Countrywide Mortgage was sold to B of A who gave me a mortgage reduction and Modification. The economy was still unstable and i fell behind on my mortgage, the Servicer on the mortgage was Resurgent / Shellpoint who seemingly did everything in their power to Foreclose. They told me i did... not qualify for HAMP and began Dual Tracking ( a practice California Secretary of State created legislation to prevent) Armine filed a Complaint on my behalf citing the California homeowner bill of rights and also filed for injunctive relief. Within weeks of filing Shellpoint stated I qualified for HAMP after all and I just received my Final paperwork from the trial payment plan saving my home from foreclosure. If I had not had a smart, aggressive Attorney I have no doubt my home would have been sold at auction. Thank you Armine You have been an answer to our prayers
