Ms. Tulekyan earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology with an emphasis in Criminology and Criminal Justice from California State University, Northridge in 2007. She earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of West Los Angeles, School of Law in 2012.
Ms. Tulekyan is admitted to practice in all state courts in California and the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
