This review was a long time coming and took me a lot longer to write than it should have. When I first reached out to The Kavinoky Law firm, I was desperate for help and wary of lawyers. Since I was looking at a DUI charge, I wanted to make sure that if I was getting a lawyer to fight for me, they wo...uld not be taking the easy route, otherwise what's the point? If getting the charge over and done with was the goal I'd be better off saving my money and going with a public defender. So when I selected this law firm I did everything possible to verify they were invested in my case. Then at the beginning of the process, I was assigned a new lawyer, and I thought "great, I've just paid so now they'll do anything to close my case out as soon as possible and probably assigned me to a rookie lawyer". WOW, was I wrong! Enter, Troy Holan the best lawyer I've ever had the pleasure of working with. I've worked with other lawyers in the past and Troy beats them all by a mile. Troy was responsive, diligent, and tactical. He went above and beyond to help me through this difficult time in my life. When I brought forward legal avenues to pursue that I found on the internet, he didn't shy away from learning about them simply because he wasn't familiar with them. He went out of his way to research and fight for my case in and out of the courthouse. The end result? The DUI charges were dropped. After I got arrested for a DUI I called many lawyers but Troy was the one that really stood out to me above all the rest.
