Mr Shapiro did pure job handling my case. I hired Mr Shapiro and paid $4000 to handle my case. All he does is send me letters about my case, but when I call to speak to him he is apparently NEVER "available." He dragged my case for over 2 years only for immigration to write a letter stating they did... not get any paperwork application. Since my case was not moving forward i had to fire Mr Shapiro and hired different attorney. Definitely not the type of service I would expect for the fees he charge.

I want to share my experience working with Mr Shapiro to help people who are thinking it is no other way and feel helpless . My wife , I and our two teenage sons entered 15 years ago to US from Germany (with visa waiver, we had dual citizenship , Iranian and German) . I had the green card... since 2006 but in 2013 immigration wanted to take my permanent residence away and deport us back to Germany. It was a very hard time for us since we didn't know what will happened. We were not only going through emotional but also financial pressure. We got Mr Shapiro's name from a close family member who was a lawyer too ( not immigration one) . She knew him and base on knowing our case which looked very complicated she referred him to us which we are very grateful for it. We were very frustrated and felt helpless .As we met Mr Shapiro for first time , just talking to him was helpful and gave us hope that it is not end of the world. We worked with several lawyers before Mr Shapiro .We did not have any good experiences. For example, They never been available when they were the most needed . That's why, what was amazing and new to me , was his availability to respond to my emails on time or give us the structure what to do ahead of time . It shows his understandig and care about his clients. A client that is nervous, afraid and under heavy pressure already. He even met us on Sundays in his office if was necessary. During all this years, Mr Shaprio was taking care of our case . He was on top of everything. He knew what he was doing and what to do for next step or what to do as backup plan. (Very knowledgeable , experienced and wise in his field). Now at this time which everyone knows how hard it is to become a US immigrant , Thank him and his professional knowledge, we are able to continue living here and be sure that our family won't get deported back. We are safe and free . We really had a great experience working with him. We truly appreciate his work, support and time and highly recommend him for any immigration case that you want to be assured being protected and defended seriously. I came to Attorney Jerry Shapiro because I was a deportation proceedings from the United States. (I'm Israeli by Green Card) I arrived at Mr. Shapiro's office through the recommendation of a relative who is also a lawyer. From the first moment we contacted Mr. Shapiro I felt a sense of listen...ing and willingness to help with my case. I realized I was in safe hands. I realized that I had a lawyer who had knowledge and experience because he had previously managed a case like mine. I felt very comfortable and confident with Mr. Shapiro, as his patience and humble attitude were very calming to my situation. The legal fee was reasonably priced and was very affordable because there was a payment plan option. The office is located in an accessible area and has excellent customer service. My mother tongue is Hebrew, with English being my second language, Mr. Shapiro was very clear and made sure I understood the whole process and what needed to be done without needing an interpreter. During the 3.5 years of dealing with this issue, Mr. Shapiro was always quick to get back to me with any questions or concerns I had. He was very attentive and made sure I was always calm and relaxed, thus giving me a feeling of confidence that everything was going to be fine. Before every court date, we would meet at his office to insure we were prepared for what was to come. He made sure to coach me on what will take place allowing me to be able to answer any questions they would ask of me. I would like to point out that a lawyer has no magical powers and is not favored over the immigration system. Most of the work in the case depends on the seriousness and responsibility that the client has to achieve the success of the case. I warmly and lovingly recommend Mr. Jerry Shapiro to anyone experiencing an immigration problem. He worked very hard for me and I am truly grateful.
