I don’t recommend for prenuptial agreements

Mr Nezam told my girlfriend (now ex) what’s fair is “no prenup.” So then why do you say you can negotiate a prenuptial agreement when you don’t believe in them and all you’re going to do is contribute to the failure of the negotiations?

The Best Attorney

Mr Farzad Nezam is great to work with. He explains everything in detail and made the process a better learning experience. Farzad responds in an extreme timely matter, he is a very knowledge, trustworthy person. There is no other attorney that will work as hard for you. He gave me great legal advice.... Prenup Matter

It was very nice working with Farzad, knowing that I didn’t know much about prenup contracts before. Farzad walked me through the whole thing and was very explanatory. He really helped me understand both sides as well as protecting my rights and my assets within this prenup.

wonderful experience

I retained Mr. Nezam after doing a lot of research and communications with other Family Law Attorneys as I was dealing with prenuptial agreement two weeks before my wedding. He responded my phone call almost right after I left him a voicemail message, after speaking with him to discuss my case, He is... very effective and knowledgeable it was clear that he is very knowledgeable and has a lot of experience. He’s very easy to communicate with and very informative about all possible outcomes. He completely understood my situation, and provided me with an excellent cost effective strategy. I am very happy with my choice in retaining him as my Attorney, and highly recommend his firm to anyone needing a really good Family Law Attorney.
