Romina Ben-Elyaho

Years ago I hired her to be my attorney during my divorce. For my first court hearing she didn’t show, which was the hearing that I paid her to show up for. She told me an hour before hand she couldn’t make it and it’s not a big deal and instructed me what to say. She didn’t do anything for my case ..., but happily took thousands of dollars which when I fired her I had a small balance left and she NEVER reimbursed me the balance of my money. She basically used all my money and charged for every single email she sent. And that’s what my money paid for. She’s unprofessional, a flake, not transparent about where your money goes as I asked her for billing receipt and she never sent it to me. Which means she never created it. She is NOT TRUSTWORTHY.

Ms. Ben-Elyaho represented me during a painful custody dispute with my son. With her help I was able to get back custody of him. We spent a full day in Court over this matter and with her professionalism and refusal to take no for an answer everything worked out.
