I retained Ms Szew in November 2014 to process my P3 work visa when a promoter friend of mine in Las Vegas recommended her to me. We spoke on the phone and although Andrea works out of LA she also comes to her Las Vegas office which was wonderful and convenient for me since I prefer to meet in person.... I found Andrea and her staff to be very effective, efficient and professional. Her fees were competitive and affordable for the service ( I have being doing this for almost 20 years). Andrea or her legal assistant always stayed in touch and kept me informed and replied to me quickly when I had questions. My journey of becoming a citizen is quite lengthy. Even though it is not too bumpy, it is not pretty either. I consider myself an educated consumer. I've had worked with attorneys ranging from immigrations, real estates, family's trust/will and other business related matters. Like everybody else, si...nce I don’t know anyone in Vegas, I turned into the web and did my homework before selecting Andrea. After reviewing online info, I scheduled several free consultations to get to know the lawyers. You should go for FREE consultations first (must see at least 3 lawyers) ask questions, and use inputs from this lawyer to check with others if you need to. You must look for someone with good experience (I prefer no less than 10 years), dedicated 100% to immigrations, responsive and easy to work with. My experience with other immigration lawyers in Vegas is ranging from unpleasant to average. I found some are cold which is ok. One of them is a bit inexperienced, but most of them seem to overcomplicate my case. I even found one lawyer had disciplinary action against him (Thanks to avvo for that. It was the only visit I didn’t know the name of the attorney as it wasn’t listed. Just went there because it was free). Why Andrea? To be honest, I was concerned when I knew that she wasn't in Vegas full time. She was the very last attorney I met for a free consultation as I was about to select that "average" Las Vegas lawyer. My first meeting with Andrea went well. I saw a big difference between her and other lawyers I previously met. From the first meeting she makes me feel at ease. Through out the experience, I found her highly capable, very responsive (always get back to me same day and to me that is very critical when working with a lawyer). Some of you may want to compare fees. From my experience, her fee is competitive and not more than other less qualified lawyers in Vegas. On other note, I found that she is very friendly, genuine and kind. Immigration law is federal so having someone like Andrea working in a very busy jurisdiction like LA is a plus because she dealt with a lot of complex cases (my case is obviously simple but you still need to have people with experience like Andrea, regardless). When you want to talk to her, she is on the phone. When you need to have her presentation in Vegas, she is there. Again, I'm glad that I found Andrea via Avvo. My advice to everyone, do your homework. Meet several attorneys to compare your experience. At least schedule a session with Andrea to see if your experience with her is better than others before hiring her. If you don’t have the time to do “that homework”, you’ve already had me done that for you. Go with Andrea!

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Andrea when we filed for a fiancee visa. Her outlook is pragmatic and combines cost/benefit analysis with the mechanics necessary for contract execution. She speaks with clients in layman's terms for maxim...um understanding.
