Goes above and beyond, Highly recommended

David is an extremely professional, friendly, hardworking and knowledgeable attorney. He came to our aid when our case was left in complete disarray by the previous attorney and before he the topic of him taking over was even broached he was spending his valuable time walking us through how to fix... the case. He truly is a great guy and great attorney and I would recommend him to anyone without exception.

Best Personal Injury Lawyer In Los Angeles

To say David Gharakhanian exceeded my wildest expectations as a personal injury lawyer would be a drastic understatement. What he accomplished on my behalf is nothing short of miraculous. My case started out smoothly- the other party involved in my auto accident accepted fault and their insurance c...ompany immediately compensated me for my totaled car, so I felt I could handle things on my own. As soon as medical bills came into play, however, it was another story. Although my insurance company had covered the bills up to that point, I had reached my max, there were future treatments to account for, and my insurance company had made it clear via numerous letters that they expected to be reimbursed before I received a penny. Four calls, several emails and zero responses later, I finally decided I needed help. David swooped in and not only got me more than enough money to cover all previous and future medical expenses, he actually convinced MY insurance company to wave their compensatory rights, which is almost unheard of. With that extra money, I was able to get a newer car without having to dig into my own pockets, so I walked away feeling as "restored" to my pre-crash state as possible. I like to think of myself as a non-litigeous person, but trust me, when you're traumatized and hurt after an accident, the last thing you should be doing is chasing down some non-responsive insurance company that is looking out for everyone BUT you. David truly cares about his clients, and he handles his cases with class, compassion and ease. I highly recommend him to anyone experiencing pain and suffering after an accident of any kind.
