Individual who entered the United States as a legal permanent resident when he was a child and had commited an aggrevated felony over 15 years ago that was a deportable offense. While in the process o ... f renewing his green card he was arrested and put incarcerated because he was deportable 15 years prior. Living as a professional earning over $150,000 a year and putting behind him his prior crimes over 15 years prior he was thrown back into the system!
