My court date was on 4/19/2017 and i am very happy with the outcome so writing this review and my experience with Anita Patel.I would highly recommend Anita Patel for her legal knowledge and experience,she is also a nice person and very understanding. Anita Patel was very professional and knowledge...able.Being a first time offender, i was extremely scared ,worried and stressed out. I was going though a very tough time having Family health issues and also this misdemeanor charge. I am also the only working person in my family.Anita put me at ease and got better results than i had hoped for.Before i decided to go with Anita i had searched online and spoke with around 8 different lawyers before i spoke with Anita. Based on what other lawyers told me i was looking for jail tern for at least 2 days, community service ,vehical being taken away.But i did not get any of this.I was very happy with the outcome . I called Anita the first time on a sunday and Anita answered the call.I explained the whole situation to her.After the first phone conversation i knew that i had to go with Anita .She took time to meet me in person the following day . Anita answered all my questions,kept me informed ,kept me calm,reminded me 2 days before the actual court date to be there before 8:30 am.On the court date Anita was already there at the court house waiting for me at 8:20 am . I was very pleased with the way that I was treated from the very beginning by Anita. When I first called to discuss my case I think I spent 45 minutes on the phone with her. I was impressed by her willingness to listen and spend a lot of time before we had even discussed contracts and fees. I was ...charged with a misdemeanor hit and run and was very worried about this affecting my work and future career. The case dragged on for over a year and in the end she was able to earn a dismissal of the case. Even more impressive, on the final day of my case she was involved in an accident herself and was not able to drive her car. She had her husband drive her to the courthouse and performed what I thought was a miracle in getting the case dismissed. Very impressive!

Anita is a thorough, attentive, intelligent, determined and professional attorney. My husband and I are extremely satisfied with her representation in my husband’s case (battery charge), where she was able to get the charge dismissed. During the initial phone consultation, she offered advice th...at assured us she cared about our best interests and obtaining the best possible disposition. In the very beginning she was quick and diligent to obtain documents and avoid delay. Throughout the process, she was responsive and patient, answering our questions and explaining complications. In the courtroom (note that we did not go to trial), she was focused and present on our case – she wasn’t one of those lawyers we observed who seemed to be in a rush on to the next one. My husband’s case was also complicated by an immigration issue and Anita was incredibly mindful of her approach given the circumstances. She suggested we also consult with an immigration attorney to avoid potential problems and in hindsight we understand why this was so important. Ultimately we are thankful for Anita’s representation in my husband’s case and we highly recommend her to anyone.

Anita is the absolute best, hands down. Don't let her sweet, petite self deceive you. She is so professional, so thorough, so detailed, and and just so amazing. She is such a pleasure to work with. In such a distressing and traumatic event, she helped my spouse in every way possible. She even comfort...ed me when I had moments of great doubt. I felt so comfortable talking to her anytime and never felt stupid for asking any of my millions of questions. My spouse was charged with three things in a domestic violence incident. She got two off and lowered the fine tremendously. She charges upfront and it's not cheap but it was the best investment I ever made. When I was attorney shopping, a different attorney actually told me that it was actually best that attorneys ask for a flat fee upfront. You will not be sorry going with Anita. She is absolutely the best in every way possible. She will not let you down bc she will do every possible thing to help. She's just an amazing human being.

I am so deeply grateful I found her. I was in a very sticky situation and she basically saved my life. It was a domestic violence case with 3 charges. I was supposed to go to jail for 60 days and have probation with domestic violence classes and pay thousands in fines. I made several calls to other l...awyers, mostly men, thinking that I should have a very outspoken and aggressive attorney. But it just seemed like they just wanted me to meet with them and not talk to me on the phone. I almost did bc I was so desperate. But I happened to stumble on Anita's profile and thank goodness I called. She picked up even though it was almost time for her to go home. I had a lot of really naive questions but she stayed on the phone for half an hour past her office hours calmly explaining as much as she could. I was very blunt and honest with her about my fears and she could not have been more kind. I even told her that I was uncomfortable about how mild she sounded since I expected attorneys to be aggressive. But she explained that it's actually better to be less aggressive and be discreet bc the court responds better. She was 1000% correct. I also told her I didn't have the money right now and she still started prepping on my case. I am so deeply grateful for this amazing attorney. She was so kind, patient, and caring every step of the way. I was so terrified. She walked me through every single step. She expects payment upfront and it is pricey but it was worth every single penny. I even wanted to buy her lunch bc I was so grateful. She is so pure and kind hearted. She did everything the absolute correct and professional way. She could not have done a better job. She thought of absolutely everything and anything that could help. I am so glad I did not go for the other aggressive attorneys bc I watched them in court and they seemed to just settle for their clients. I even heard one of them say to their client to just take the initial offer bc it's better than nothing and he needs to take what he can get. But Anita on the other hand never settled. I actually had a really amazing offer right off the bat but she kept asking the prosecutor about three or four times for a better offer and even planned to speak with his supervisor. I actually had to tell her to settle. It brought me to tears how much she purely and honestly wanted to get the best for me. I never imagined an attorney to care so much. Even after the trial, she is still checking up on us and making sure we cover everything. She always responds promptly by email, even when she was on vacation. I don't know how I was able to just get the perfect attorney but I am so deeply grateful for her. I wish she was not a criminal defense attorney so I could work with her more. Thanks to her, I'm a free man, and I have less than a thousand to pay in fines. I also only have one charge.
