Guaranteed best

Anita is the absolute best, hands down. Don't let her sweet, petite self deceive you. She is so professional, so thorough, so detailed, and and just so amazing. She is such a pleasure to work with. In such a distressing and traumatic event, she helped my spouse in every way possible. She even comfort...ed me when I had moments of great doubt. I felt so comfortable talking to her anytime and never felt stupid for asking any of my millions of questions. My spouse was charged with three things in a domestic violence incident. She got two off and lowered the fine tremendously. She charges upfront and it's not cheap but it was the best investment I ever made. When I was attorney shopping, a different attorney actually told me that it was actually best that attorneys ask for a flat fee upfront. You will not be sorry going with Anita. She is absolutely the best in every way possible. She will not let you down bc she will do every possible thing to help. She's just an amazing human being.

So grateful

I am so deeply grateful I found her. I was in a very sticky situation and she basically saved my life. It was a domestic violence case with 3 charges. I was supposed to go to jail for 60 days and have probation with domestic violence classes and pay thousands in fines. I made several calls to other l...awyers, mostly men, thinking that I should have a very outspoken and aggressive attorney. But it just seemed like they just wanted me to meet with them and not talk to me on the phone. I almost did bc I was so desperate. But I happened to stumble on Anita's profile and thank goodness I called. She picked up even though it was almost time for her to go home. I had a lot of really naive questions but she stayed on the phone for half an hour past her office hours calmly explaining as much as she could. I was very blunt and honest with her about my fears and she could not have been more kind. I even told her that I was uncomfortable about how mild she sounded since I expected attorneys to be aggressive. But she explained that it's actually better to be less aggressive and be discreet bc the court responds better. She was 1000% correct. I also told her I didn't have the money right now and she still started prepping on my case. I am so deeply grateful for this amazing attorney. She was so kind, patient, and caring every step of the way. I was so terrified. She walked me through every single step. She expects payment upfront and it is pricey but it was worth every single penny. I even wanted to buy her lunch bc I was so grateful. She is so pure and kind hearted. She did everything the absolute correct and professional way. She could not have done a better job. She thought of absolutely everything and anything that could help. I am so glad I did not go for the other aggressive attorneys bc I watched them in court and they seemed to just settle for their clients. I even heard one of them say to their client to just take the initial offer bc it's better than nothing and he needs to take what he can get. But Anita on the other hand never settled. I actually had a really amazing offer right off the bat but she kept asking the prosecutor about three or four times for a better offer and even planned to speak with his supervisor. I actually had to tell her to settle. It brought me to tears how much she purely and honestly wanted to get the best for me. I never imagined an attorney to care so much. Even after the trial, she is still checking up on us and making sure we cover everything. She always responds promptly by email, even when she was on vacation. I don't know how I was able to just get the perfect attorney but I am so deeply grateful for her. I wish she was not a criminal defense attorney so I could work with her more. Thanks to her, I'm a free man, and I have less than a thousand to pay in fines. I also only have one charge.

High Quality Legal Service

Ms Patel performed an excellent work representing me in L.A. Court. She managed to dismiss a criminal complaint against me due to her great technical expertise, and good communication and interpersonal skills. After speaking with her several times via email (cause I live in a different country), she ...oriented me about the matter, asked for documents and proofs, and headed to court, achieving that amazing outcome. I must say she was always courteous and helpful answering questions and clearing my doubts. She provided quality service and responsiveness with a reasonable legal fee . I'm totally satisfied and pleased with her work, so I could not recommend her any higher.

Excellent Attorney, Excellent Outcome

Case represented: Violation of probation (misdemeanor criminal offense), bench-warrant for arrest with a bail of nearly $50,000, with various extenuating complications Anita Patel performed what seemed to be impossible. She was able to quash my ~$50,000 bench-warrant and had the judge extend my ...community service date of completion. This was no easy task, given that the judge (for whatever reason) did not like my 'disposition' or my persona, and was thoroughly unimpressed and disinterested in the documents that demonstrated (what I had thought) would be compelling reasons to quash the arrest warrant and grant the extension. Initially, it seemed as though the judge had already made up his mind (NOT in my favor) and appeared extremely reluctant to grant an extension or quash the warrant. Ms. Patel exhibited sincere concern, and after much debate, was somehow able to reason with the judge and convinced him to (albeit rather begrudgingly) quash the bench-warrant and grant the extension. I have never seen an attorney express such sincere concern on behalf of their client, and if represented by my former ultra-high priced attorney, I would have likely been incarcerated on the spot. Before entering court, Ms. Patel and I were both entirely unaware that the judge had a strong pre-existing grievance against me/my case, yet she was able to rapidly and effectively adapt her strategy to suit this unexpectedly hostile environment. Ms. Patel was not only highly adept and professional, but also very personable, understanding and sincere (something I’ve yet to encounter with previous attorneys). Her prices were more than reasonable, far less than my previous ‘high-profile’ attorney, yet vastly superior in quality/care/outcome. I would highly recommend her services and am still quite amazed as to the favorable outcome of the hearing (particularly in light of a unexpectedly adversarial judge). The money could not have been better spent: A five-star rating without question.
