Irina Rubin

I hired Ms. Rubin this year (2017) to represent me in a Workers Comp case. This was my first time with dealing with a situation like this. Needless to say I was clueless on what steps to take, or how to take them. I searched for a lawyer and was intrigued with Godwin & Rubin Law Offices. I contacted ...them via phone and within the next day I was meet with a representative of the firm. The rep came to my house collected all the information he needed to file the claim, and when he was done he face-time Ms. Rubin and Mr. Goodwin so that I could meet the people whom was going to represent me. Moving forward I was contacted on a weekly bases with updates on the case (step by step on the filing process) and also to check up on me and my heath. This was my first rodeo but I was "IMPRESSED"! My disposition date came up I was greeted by Mr. Goodwin (awesome guy also, let me add) before entering, my case was settle that date; paperwork was signed and I was on my way. Now this is when the extreme satisfaction of Ms. Rubin and her team was met. The insurance company promise that payment of the settlement would be received within 30 days upon the signing of the judge. This was done and my waiting period began. After 30 days had passed I contacted Ms. Rubin on the status of the checked. She informed that she will check or she would have someone from her team to check and get with me. Come to find out the insurance company forgot to add my apt # on the mailed check. Her team called me to verify the address and they contacted the insurance company to rectify this mistake. Two weeks later Ms. Rubin called to see if I received my settlement check. I informed her that it had NOT been received! She called the insurance company and connected me on a three way call to find out what was the delay. The insurance company gave us the run around which she stood firm with them and demanded that they cancel that check (that was claimed to be sent out) and overnight a new one to me. Her demand was met, I got the settlement check; also she filed for late / nonpayment claim for me. The insurance company was being extremely difficult and nonchalant with my satisfaction. Ms. Rubin went over and beyond to make sure I was compensated for the mistake the insurance company made that caused me to have my car repossessed and my bills being delayed. I will recommend her Mr. Goodwin and her firms services to anyone. Awesome company that made sure that I was a satisfied client! Love you guys (Mr. Goodwin, Michelle, Oscar and all that had a hand in getting the job done for me) over there, and keep up the good work! Thank You very much!!!!!

I not going to lie, but I did have my doubts when my husband got referred to Irina by a referral service but that changed the moment we met her and she explained the process to us in detail and that put my mind at ease. Irina was great, if we had a question all I had to do was text her and she would... respond personally, not an employee but HER, I thought that was what made me feel we were taken care of at all times. Yes the length the case took was longer than we had originally thought it would, that is the only thing I did not like. Another thing my husband and myself liked was that her employee Jairo was such an amazing help and very informative. The moment my husband stated his name, Jairo knew what he was calling for and gave him his professional and personal opinion on the matter. There was no "umms" or " let me check on that", he knew how to help us out and and the end he was the one that made my husband go to the conference status meeting and we ended the case that same day. Thanks to Jairo my husband decided to go. If he hadn't gone we wouldn't have closed our case and we would still be waiting on it. Thank you to Irina and Jairo and all her employees for evething. We are so greatful to you.

I appreciate Irina's help through these past 2 years with my case. In the beginning it was difficult to get a hold of her, but I understand why towards the end because she was working hard to fight for me. Every time that I spoke to her she kept me informed and honest about everything. I didn't know ...what I was getting into, and trusted her. She pulled through for me! I also appreciate her staff member, Alfredo. With that said, I recommend Irina. You'll be in good hands. Thank you Irina for what you've done for me. And she's super awesome in person. :)
