If you have a contested case, stay clear of this lawyer. His and his staff's attention to detail is way below average. He makes many mistakes with filings. And he doesn't prepare well for court hearings. In fact, he prefers not to prepare at all; to wing ding it. He didn't even recognize me, his clie...nt, waiting outside the court room before our hearing. I had to request a conference to learn what our strategy was before going to court, and then he completely did the opposite. He won't fight for you and opposing counsel will take full advantage of him. He thinks he knows everything, when in actuality he gave me very bad advice and made very poor decisions in my case. And he'll delay your case without your permission. He granted several continuances, knowing full well I wanted to get things done as quickly as possible. Many delays without my knowledge. I had to email him over and over again to get him to answer my questions, and he kept answering questions I wasn't asking. I think it's his tactic to keep you confused while he is taking your money and dragging your case along. There are much better options out there. Steer clear of this guy
